I led a team that tackled 24k missing SKUs out of 2 million at Kering, fine-tuning the data pipeline.
I also navigated lean management strategies, like Kaizen, and leveraged PowerBI to uncover and address bottlenecks. Crafted solutions rooted in the insights from over 100 time studies to streamline and elevate operational processes.

Funding Strategy Consultant

Crafted a smart funding strategy by diving deep into government grants, using a mix of number-crunching and research savvy to navigate the funding maze. Focused on quantitative analysis and the ins and outs of funding rules, I pinpointed the best opportunities. Added a dash of market research to devise efficient collaboration ideas that significantly boosted the chances of securing the grant.

Worked with a dedicated team to tackle the serious issue of electoral violence, creating a crisis management dashboard based on political violence data from Bangladesh. We developed predictive models (XGBoost & Random Forest) to anticipate risks across 13 Asian countries and built an interactive Looker Studio dashboard to help make real-time decisions.
One of the most meaningful experiences was visiting the UN office, where we saw firsthand how our efforts could contribute to addressing such important global challenges.

I jumped into DJS Miles, our college's first ultra-mileage electric vehicle team, as one of just two girls, and it was a wild ride! We took on the Shell Eco Marathon, built a badass carbon fiber chassis, and won internationally.
From sketching ideas to seeing the car zoom by, it was pure product development magic—before I even knew what that was! It was all about learning, laughing, and loving the process of bringing big ideas to life.
